Allen Narcisse is an experienced founder, marketplace leader and operator who has demonstrated how to build winning teams and products.

Allen is currently the founder of Gigs, a venture-backed start-up focusing on making it easier for entry-level job seekers to find jobs in their neighborhoods. Gigs will launch in January 2023.

Recently, Allen was COO at Workrise (a16z and Founders Fund-backed energy-focused labor marketplace) where he led product, engineering, sales and operations.

Prior, Allen led operations for both Lyft and UberEats in SoCal and West Coast markets. Before joining Uber, Allen co-founded Ebyline, a content marketing start-up.

Allen earned a BBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. A long-time resident of Los Angeles, Allen has been actively involved in community-based volunteering, including formerly serving on the KIPP LA Board, and coaching youth soccer and baseball.
