Ashley Grech is the Chief Operating Officer at Recharge, the leading subscription management solution empowering merchants through recurring commerce. Recharge powers subscriptions for more than 15,000 merchants serving 50 million subscribers, and supports brands such as Verve Coffee Roasters, Bokksu, Who Gives A Crap, Billie, and Bite.

Ashley oversees Recharge's merchant and partner-facing teams as the company streamlines its merchant experience. She also plays an integral role in expanding Recharge's reach to new customer segments and markets and sharing the merchant voice with our product teams. She joined Recharge from Square, Inc (now Block) where she was Global Head of Sales overseeing direct selling to SMB, MM, and Enterprise customers, across all products and all countries in the Square footprint. Over the course of 4.5 years, she partnered with the product teams to craft and launch products, grow new markets, expand customer share of wallet, and increase the visibility of Square in the market.

Ashley has worked in the payment space for 18 years, getting her start as a banker and internal strategy consultant for JPMorgan Chase Bank. She received both her Bachelors and MBA at the University of Chicago. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and three sons.
