Lior Eldan is co-founder and COO of Moburst, the digital marketing agency he started in 2013 with Gilad Bechar. The two met in the Israeli army, where both served as HR officers. Moburst began in app store optimization, grew into a full-service digital agency through acquisitions that include the PR firm Uproar and the podcast agency Kitcaster, and now sells AI products alongside its services. Adweek has named it one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world, and its clients have included Google, Uber, Samsung, and Reddit.
Eldan trained as an industrial engineer and runs the company with that lens, treating processes as features to be improved and shipped. He describes the COO's job as being the product manager for the company.
