About Micah Rosenbloom
Micah Rosenbloom is Managing Partner at Founder Collective, a seed-stage venture firm he co-founded with Eric Paley. The firm has backed companies including Uber, Venmo, Hotel Tonight, ThredUp, and PillPack. Founder Collective takes the position that founders should stay on the cap table as long as possible, and the firm structures itself around that thesis.
Before moving into venture, Rosenbloom was co-founder and COO of Brontes Technologies, a 3D dental imaging company spun out of MIT research. Brontes built hardware and software to replace the traditional dental impression process with a digital scan, working with partners including Invisalign. The company was acquired by 3M. Earlier in his career he was a co-founder of an internet-era startup, an experience he often cites as the source of his strong views on co-CEO structures and title clarity at the founding stage.
