About Rich Wallach
Rich Wallach is COO and CFO at Chopra Global, the wellness, meditation, and personal transformation company founded by Deepak Chopra. His work covers operations, finance, and remote team management, with a particular focus on creating long-term stability for employees and keeping the company aligned to its long-term strategy through uncertain markets.
Before Chopra Global, Wallach spent more than a decade in investment banking, most of that time at Credit Suisse, where he served as COO of the technology investment banking division. He took the COO role after telling the firm he was ready to leave banking, ran operations for roughly 150 to 200 people, and credits that experience with shaping his view that every COO role is created differently depending on who else is at the table and how the organization is structured. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where he studied philosophy on a pre-med track.
