About Woody Hartman
Woody Hartman is COO at Lime, the shared electric scooter and bike company operating across global markets. Before Lime he spent six years at Lyft, joining as one of the company's first 34 employees and serving as the General Manager of the Los Angeles market, the second city Lyft launched. He went on to spend four years as VP of Global Operations during the company's growth period.
Hartman started his career doing strategy work across video games and Disney theme parks, drawn to businesses that create joy for customers. A Lyft co-founder, also a Disney fan, recruited him directly out of that background on the bet that someone with theme park experience could help build a rideshare brand that competed on experience rather than just A-to-B transportation. After Lyft, Hartman spent time at community sports platform TeamSnap before returning to mobility at Lime. He is also known for summiting Mount Everest after leaving Lyft.
