Why a written library

The COO role is the most situational job in business. There's no formal training path, no standard job description, and very few playbooks that survive contact with a real company. Most of what works is learned from other operators who've been through it.

Between Two COO's exists to compress that learning curve. The podcast captures the full conversation with operators from companies like Google, LVMH, GitLab, Webflow, Tucows, Automattic, and Techstars.
